Blue Breezy Stays was founded by Peter and Caitlin Johnsen—owners and operators who wanted a better experience managing their own vacation homes.
After navigating the frustrations that many homeowners face—reactive communication, inconsistent care, and a lack of transparency—we set out to build the kind of management company we would want to work with ourselves.
